Founded by Chef Pierre Gatel, Café Breizh has become a destination for refined French pastries, artisan breads, and elevated brunch offerings in the Las Vegas community. This expansion marks a natural next step for the bakery, built on years of consistency, loyal customers, and a commitment to doing things the right way—by hand, every day.

A third-generation, professionally trained pastry chef, Pierre Gatel brings over 20 years of experience, including leading pastry teams at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas. At Café Breizh, everything is made in-house daily using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients, including authentic French butter—an essential element behind the bakery’s signature flavor and texture.

Since its debut, Café Breizh has built a reputation for thoughtful execution and attention to detail—from classic croissants and viennoiseries to savory crêpes and seasonal specialties. Each item reflects a balance of tradition and precision, without compromise.
